In spring 2007 SPharm took part, within a strategic alliance, in a Biopharma mission in Brussels and Lille.

SPharm is part of a strategic alliance of five (5) Canadian expertise services companies in the biopharmaceutical field. These companies represent an excellent potential of partnership for biopharmaceutical companies who require expertise services during their drug development process. All 5 companies, part of the strategic Alliance, offer complementary expertise services that cover each stage of products development, from the end of pre-clinical phase, all the way through the Canadian marketing of the products after regulatory approvals.

The objective of the Brussels/Lille’s mission was to demystify the differences between Health Canada’s regulatory requirements and those of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) in order to encourage European companies to establish a strategic partnership with the Alliance for the development and marketing of their products in Canada and in North America.
